Designs and oversees Reltio MDM architectures and agentic workflows for customer and partner implementations. Serves as the senior technical authority within Professional Services, applying best practices, integration patterns, governance, and cloud expertise. Guides technical teams, coordinates with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, manages multiple engagements, builds trusted customer relationships, and develops reusable methodologies, tools, templates, and documentation. The role also requires experience deploying LLM- and agentic systems, including orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails.

Designs and manages cloud infrastructure platforms using infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and multi-cloud technologies. Responsibilities include improving developer experience and DevSecOps maturity, troubleshooting and optimizing platform reliability, implementing zero-downtime maintenance, automating processes, integrating security controls, documenting technical systems, and mentoring engineers. The role also drives scalability, cost optimization, availability, and continuous delivery across Reltio’s cloud services.

Own Reltio’s product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging architecture, competitive intelligence, product launches, content strategy, field enablement, and customer journey campaigns. Partner with SAP, product, sales, demand generation, and partner marketing teams to communicate Reltio’s data unification and context intelligence value. Serve as a spokesperson through events, webinars, blogs, and thought leadership while driving measurable go-to-market impact.

Leads DevOps engineering teams and manages cloud infrastructure and foundational services across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Oversees infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, scalability, reliability, cost optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cloud security. Partners with product, engineering, and security stakeholders while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement and modern DevOps practices.

Owns a roadmap for Reltio platform and IDE capabilities that reduce implementation time and complexity. Manages Reltio’s internal master data environment, improving entity coverage, matching, survivorship, governance, data quality, and agentic access. Leads a small team of analysts and implementation specialists while partnering with Engineering, Product, IT, and business stakeholders. Requires hands-on Reltio expertise, product management experience, SaaS or professional services implementation experience, and production MDM operations experience.

Define and socialize end-to-end architecture for a multi-tenant, cloud-native data SaaS platform. Lead designs for streaming, low-latency query, multi-cloud deployments, service meshes, security/compliance, SRE practices, and AI/agent integration. Mentor senior engineers, run architecture reviews, and influence executives and customers to deliver secure, reliable, cost-efficient platform roadmaps.
