Provide business systems analysis for a defined process area: elicit requirements, document processes and use cases, perform feasibility and cost/benefit analyses, assess system impacts, collaborate with stakeholders and IT, support end-user training, resolve process/system issues, and report project status.

Design, install, and administer ClearPath OS2200 RDMS/DMS database environments; perform monitoring, tuning, backup/recovery, upgrades, DR testing, ITIL-driven incident/change management, automation, multi-customer managed services support, on-call rotation, and documentation.
