Engineer, integrate, administer, and sustain enterprise ICAM solutions for the Defense Logistics Agency. Responsibilities include identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, authentication and federation, access governance, troubleshooting, platform modernization, documentation, testing, compliance support, automation, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires strong IAM engineering expertise and supports DoD identity initiatives, cybersecurity audits, access reviews, and modernization efforts.

Leads enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management architecture and application security integration for Defense Logistics Agency mission systems. Defines identity, authentication, authorization, access governance, provisioning, and integration requirements; designs secure architecture patterns; supports application onboarding and modernization; and guides RBAC, privileged access management, and segregation of duties implementations. Provides technical leadership and communicates recommendations to government stakeholders, application owners, engineers, developers, and cybersecurity teams.

Analyzes and manages business, functional, and technical requirements for identity, credential, and access management services. Develops RBAC models, access policies, approval workflows, governance documentation, process flows, and integration requirements. Serves as liaison among application owners, cybersecurity teams, engineers, developers, leadership, and government stakeholders. Supports application onboarding, access certification, compliance reviews, modernization initiatives, testing, implementation, and enterprise architecture governance.

Assesses segregation of duties, access controls, user entitlements, privileged access, and governance processes across enterprise applications. Supports audits, control testing, risk assessments, remediation, access certifications, and audit readiness for federal and DoD stakeholders. Develops workpapers, findings, corrective action plans, reports, and compliance documentation while collaborating with application owners, auditors, cybersecurity teams, and governance personnel.

Provides highly specialized engineering expertise for complex systems and applications. Responsibilities include functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, implementation guidance, and participation across software development phases, including planning, modeling, simulation, testing, and presentation. Requires clear communication, five years of relevant experience, and an IT-I Critical Sensitive or Tier 5 security clearance.
