The Senior ISV Business Development Executive will recruit ISV partners, manage inquiries, and lead negotiations to create profitable relationships.

Own end-to-end demand generation: plan and run multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, webinars, ABM), build lead nurturing and scoring, align with sales for MQL-to-SDR handoffs, manage budgets, report on funnel and attribution, and optimize pipeline contribution.

Lead payments product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for merchant-facing fintech products. Define requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps; run beta tests; translate payment data into product improvements; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; create training and go-to-market materials; and monitor market trends to drive differentiation and adoption.

Lead design, implementation, and delivery of software via CI/CD; maintain and optimize applications; drive architecture, code reviews, testing, security, and PCI DSS compliance; mentor engineers and lead scrum team activities.

Own and operate PayTrace's multi-platform database environment: provision, configure, patch, monitor, tune, and recover databases. Lead modernization from MS SQL to AWS RDS, support HA/DR and multi-region active-active, automate administration and data pipelines to Snowflake, assist developers with query tuning, and provide technical guidance and documentation. Be available for production incident response.

Provide in-house legal counsel on product, AI, data privacy, cybersecurity and technology compliance. Advise executives and business teams, design privacy and data governance programs, analyze emerging AI/privacy/cyber rules, support product development and contracts, and partner cross-functionally to implement scalable compliance and risk-management processes.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, build relationships, create sales strategies and proposals, negotiate and close deals, and transition new clients to implementation while monitoring market trends.

Lead revenue marketing and AI growth to drive measurable pipeline and commercial revenue. Design integrated demand generation and ABM programs, partner and channel marketing, AI enablement, marketing ops and analytics, attribution, and martech optimization. Align with Sales and RevOps, build a high-performing team, set KPIs and budgets, and deliver data-driven growth recommendations.

Design and prototype web and mobile hospitality products. Create UX patterns, user research, personas, workflows, and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with Product and Engineering, review UI assets, participate in QA for UX, and present work to leadership while contributing UX copy and design documentation.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for developer-focused fintech/payments features. Translate strategy into technical requirements, manage backlogs and roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive data-informed prioritization, and ensure quality and compliance through Agile practices and Jira.
