The Manager, Investor Services leads operations for hedge and private equity funds, managing client relationships, onboarding, compliance, and process improvements.

Manage investor services operations including reviewing and approving investor statements and contract notes, processing subscriptions/redemptions/transfers, preparing wire instructions, reconciling cash movements, responding to client inquiries, supporting year-end audits, training staff, and assisting with new client launches and conversions.

The role focuses on providing fund administration services for hedge and private equity clients, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with AML procedures. It requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Prepare and review financial statements, work papers, and monitor investment transactions. Support audits and interact with clients, ensuring timely deliverables.

Lead client-facing hedge fund accounting teams handling month-end close, NAV calculation, investor allocations, management/incentive fee calculations, and financial reporting. Reconcile cash and securities, price portfolios, research system differences, support audits and year-end accounts, and mentor staff. Work with a range of instruments including equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, repos, and mortgage products.
