Manage technology projects from planning through delivery, including timelines, resources, budgets, risks, vendors, and quality standards. Serve as the primary client contact, provide project updates, address concerns, identify upsell opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams. Coordinate issue resolution, develop contingency plans, delegate responsibilities, and escalate unresolved issues. Projects may include cloud implementations, cybersecurity, networking, migrations, infrastructure, virtualization, and disaster recovery.

Drive net-new customer acquisition and grow large accounts by owning full sales cycle for complex infrastructure and managed services. Prospect, manage pipeline, lead executive and technical conversations, negotiate and close multi-million-dollar deals, and collaborate with internal teams while tracking activity in CRM.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and supports enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and Azure network infrastructure for MSP clients. Troubleshoots complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 issues, develops documentation and configuration standards, supports capacity planning and risk assessments, and collaborates across teams on client projects. Requires substantial travel to customer sites, occasional on-call availability, and adherence to security and background-check requirements.
