Advise on payments and financial-services regulatory matters across the Americas, including licensing, money transmission, payment flows, product launches, filings, and regulatory developments. Provide senior regulatory legal advice for Airwallex Americas on payments and financial services. Manage licensing, registrations, compliance obligations, regulator engagement, cross-border product support, regulatory strategy, and external counsel. Partner with product, compliance, risk, and commercial teams to enable market expansion and ensure timely regulatory filings while improving efficiency with AI and legaltech tools.
