Lead and scale Retool's AMER events and field marketing program, managing internal and external events, a team, and budget. Partner with GTM, PMM, Content, and RevOps to drive pipeline, measure event ROI, and execute experiential projects like dinners, roadshows, launches, and conferences.

In this role, you'll own enterprise sales, manage key accounts, build relationships, close deals, and collaborate across teams to meet sales objectives.

Lead a small team to design, run, and measure scaled GTM customer programs. Own sprint cadence, telemetry/scoreboard, productized GTM assets, cross-functional coordination, and coaching to drive adoption and revenue impact.
