As a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant, you will deliver high-quality solutions, perform analyses, and develop recommendations for clients, while mentoring junior team members.

Build and optimize production-grade LLM and generative AI systems, including RAG pipelines, model fine-tuning, embedding search, evaluation, and scalable inference. Develop FastAPI services, integrate AI into production software, and improve latency, GPU utilization, reliability, and cost efficiency. Research emerging AI techniques, contribute to MLOps through model tracking and observability, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Lead enterprise-scale digital transformation programs using Microsoft Azure AI, Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, and Dynamics 365. Manage cross-functional delivery teams, drive AI adoption and responsible governance, support business development, develop reusable Microsoft assets and training, and align client stakeholders across life sciences and other business domains.

Support client-facing teams in analyzing business problems, translating requirements into technical designs, and implementing technology solutions. Responsibilities include developing technical features with SQL and Python, applying agile and testing methodologies, interpreting business requirements, supporting project implementation plans, and collaborating with internal and client teams. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with exposure to cloud platforms and big data concepts.

Supports consulting project teams by researching markets, developing analyses, applying problem-solving frameworks, synthesizing insights, communicating findings, and collaborating with clients to implement solutions. The intern owns assigned deliverables and may support change initiatives and client decision-making. Strong performance may lead to a full-time offer.

Design and execute advanced statistical and data analyses for client projects, using tools such as R, Tableau, SAS, VBA, and Excel. Translate data into actionable insights, communicate findings to clients and internal teams, collaborate on solution implementation, and take ownership of project deliverables.

Develop advanced algorithms and apply statistical, data mining, machine learning, and AI techniques to large structured and unstructured datasets. Identify trends, evaluate emerging data technologies, and communicate analytical findings to clients and ZS stakeholders. Supports strategic data platform partnerships with Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku, and similar technology providers. Responsibilities include partnership governance, partner-influenced pipeline management, reporting and dashboards, joint account coordination, issue resolution, process improvement, documentation, and partner marketing campaigns. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, CRM proficiency, strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing consulting environment.

Own ZS’s AWS alliance strategy, governance, growth, and operational execution. Manage AWS funding, opportunity registration, certifications, competencies, co-selling, marketplace motions, joint go-to-market programs, pipeline, and revenue objectives. Coordinate stakeholders across AWS, sales, practices, marketing, finance, legal, and delivery teams while maintaining dashboards, forecasts, compliance, and reporting. Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted AWS expert.
