As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you'll build and manage large-scale data-oriented systems, enhance user experiences, and integrate AI tools for customer data solutions.

Advise consumer-brand marketers on customer data activation, segmentation, cross-channel marketing programs, campaign measurement, and optimization. Partner with analytics, product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver client value and influence product direction. Drive AI experimentation, personalization strategies, and adoption of Amperity’s AI capabilities while contributing to thought leadership. The role involves ongoing client engagement, presentations, strategic consulting, and occasional travel.

Lead and deliver production ML systems end-to-end: design CI/CD and deployment architecture, build real-time and batch feature pipelines, implement automated retraining and monitoring with drift detection, optimize inference latency and costs, establish SLOs and incident response, and collaborate with applied scientists, engineers, and product to produce measurable customer impact while mentoring teammates.
