The Senior Product Manager will oversee the user persona framework and map user journeys for Viome's consumer app, ensuring high-quality UX and effective roadmap execution.

Lead migration of services from AKS/containers to a simplified VM/systemd platform, build bash deployment and rollback tooling, operate cloud networking and load balancing in Azure, maintain observability and databases, remediate security and integration risks, and retire stale infrastructure while documenting runbooks and driving zero-downtime cutovers.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, financial statement preparation, cash flow optimization, and executive reporting. Provide strategic recommendations and partner cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting systems.
