Leads Bobbie’s creator and community marketing function during an approximately eight-month maternity leave cover. Owns creator programs, influencer partnerships, ambassador initiatives, IRL events, community strategy, budgets, compliance, performance measurement, and team development. Partners with brand, growth, retail, product marketing, legal, and regulatory teams to drive awareness, launches, engagement, and growth through creator-led programs.

Leads Bobbie’s new ventures innovation pipeline from consumer insight and concept development through commercialization, launch validation, and transition into the core business. Develops business cases, financial models, positioning, pricing, channel strategies, and go-to-market plans. Coordinates cross-functional teams, owns post-launch testing and performance reporting, and determines whether innovations should be iterated, scaled, or stopped. Builds repeatable innovation processes and external partnerships across product, research, marketing, operations, finance, regulatory, and supply chain.

Own Bobbie’s brand voice and messaging strategy across marketing and creative channels. Maintain the brand style guide, write and edit copy for video, paid media, email, packaging, platforms, and campaigns, and create high-volume video scripts. Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, leadership, and external partners to ensure clear, consistent, compelling messaging aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Owns Walmart and Target relationships, Mass channel P&L, forecasting, trade investment, joint business planning, category strategy, retail media, and retailer execution. Leads shared Shopper Marketing and Sales Operations teams while partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, and Brand Management. Drives revenue, share growth, fill rates, promotional efficiency, launch execution, and retail sales strategy in a remote, scaling CPG organization.

Leads end-to-end UX/UI design for Bobbie’s subscription and ecommerce experiences. Responsibilities include designing subscriber journeys, managing design systems in Figma, conducting research and usability testing, improving conversion and retention, ensuring WCAG accessibility, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Creative, Brand, and Lifecycle teams, and directing external contractors. The role also establishes design standards, manages project timelines, and delivers mobile-first experiences across web and mobile.
