Performs routine administrative and mailroom support tasks, including scanning, data entry, filing, document organization, printing, mailing, operating folding and postage machines, sorting mail, and assisting with special projects. Requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Partners with financial advisors to analyze client portfolios, retirement, estate, insurance, and investment needs. Develops customized financial plans, researches recommendations, prepares client presentations, maintains account records, supports transactions, answers client questions, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role also monitors clients’ financial situations and coordinates communications for new and existing clients.
