Responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic National Partners by developing joint business plans, setting sales targets, and executing go-to-market strategies for 1Password.

Provides advanced internal IT support across identity, devices, software, SaaS, and workplace applications. The role resolves complex employee technology issues, manages support workflows, builds AI-assisted automations and self-service resources, analyzes support metrics, and improves onboarding, access, device, and software processes. It also coordinates with security, infrastructure, endpoint, identity, and enterprise systems teams while supporting distributed employees across time zones.

Design, maintain, and scale secure AI and automation solutions for enterprise productivity. Build API- and connector-based workflows, configure centralized platforms, document standards, train users, and partner with technical and business stakeholders to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
