Lead and scale multiple technical post-sale teams (TAMs and Solutions Architects) to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Define engagement models, capacity planning, success metrics, and playbooks. Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Implementation to resolve escalations, surface product feedback, and ensure consistent technical outcomes and customer trust. Hire, develop, and operationalize high-performing technical teams.
