Review complex filings (Forms 990, 990-PF), advise on UBIT, executive compensation, and foundation rules, partner with audit/advisory teams, grow the exempt organizations practice, mentor staff, maintain client relationships, ensure quality control, meet business development and billing goals, and stay current on tax developments affecting exempt entities.

Lead Global Information Reporting (GIR) co-sourcing/outsourcing engagements for private equity clients: manage client relationships, expand revenue, oversee engagement teams, ensure quality control, drive business planning, and provide technical expertise in international withholding and reporting.
