Provide centralized support for multi-site property operations including audits, collections and eviction filings, lease renewals, move-out account statements, renters insurance compliance, and month-end accounting. Coordinate with Community Managers and Regional teams, resolve resident issues, and use Yardi and Excel for reporting and posting corrections.

Lead and direct all community operations, supervise and train leasing and maintenance staff, recruit and onboard associates, manage budgets and marketing, conduct property inspections, drive leasing activities, and ensure high resident satisfaction and associate performance.

Support regional leadership and onsite teams to transition newly acquired apartment communities onto Bell's operating platform. Coordinate cross-departmental tasks, set up systems and vendor relationships, recruit and onboard staff, train on policies and tools, assist with dispositions and investor preparations, and drive property performance during the 90-day transition.
