The Jr Mortgage Consultant will engage with consumers to determine their needs, take mortgage applications, provide customer service, and meet production goals.

The Mortgage Processor facilitates loan processing, communicates with borrowers and third parties, maintains workflow, and performs due diligence for loan conditions.

Manage and develop a team of residential mortgage underwriters to ensure adherence to company, agency, and government lending guidelines; meet SLAs; train staff on LOS/AUS and regulatory requirements; monitor productivity and quality; resolve file conflicts; maintain stakeholder communication; and improve processes while ensuring compliance and succession planning.
