Supports the Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, revising, and coordinating commercial contracts and related legal documents. Performs first-level contract review, identifies non-standard provisions, researches contractual and regulatory issues, prepares redlines and summaries, and coordinates with attorneys and business stakeholders. Maintains contract records, workflows, renewals, templates, and clause libraries in contract management systems while responding to internal process questions and supporting efficiency initiatives.

The role also involves applying testing processes, supporting CI/CD practices, coordinating with distributed teams, and staying current with testing tools and methodologies.
