Manages the organization’s Learning Management System, including role-based training assignments, e-learning content, education paths, compliance records, and audit-ready reporting. Partners with HRIS, department leaders, and subject matter experts to maintain accurate learning data, identify training gaps, and support content development. Provides LMS troubleshooting and user support while ensuring training programs meet organizational, accreditation, and compliance requirements.

Evaluate new and existing B2B customer credit profiles by reviewing credit reports, financial statements, and trade references; make complex credit decisions, negotiate terms, manage custom orders and records, monitor/report on accounts, mentor analyst team members, communicate findings to customers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with company policies.
