Leads client-facing AI engagements for life sciences organizations, from scoping and pilot design through delivery. Establishes KPIs, coaches globally distributed teams, manages offshore resources, and deploys AI-enabled intake and support workflows while shaping global support strategy.

Own and automate employee joiner, mover, and leaver processes across HR, identity, collaboration, ticketing, and SaaS platforms. Administer Okta, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, and Zoom; build Python, API, orchestration, and AI-assisted workflows with strong security controls. Provide thought leadership in healthcare analytics and identify business opportunities within client accounts. Required capabilities include quantitative analysis, project management, communication, presentation, SQL/Python/R proficiency, and strategic use of AI tools. Preferred experience includes consulting, cloud analytics platforms, healthcare data regulations, predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
