Supports sales teams by designing technical solutions, delivering complex product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and addressing customer requirements. Serves as a subject matter expert across networking, security, Microsoft, voice, cloud, UCaaS, and CCaaS technologies. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams, provides technical training, manages multiple enterprise opportunities, documents sales activity, and represents the company at sales events.

Provides Tier 3 technical support for SD-WAN, networking, VoIP, and related products; troubleshoots complex customer and partner issues; tests hardware and software; performs user acceptance and API testing; and develops documentation, training, and engineering handoff materials. Collaborates with customers, vendors, sales, product, engineering, project managers, and support leadership.

Manage partner onboarding and ongoing enablement; deliver instructor-led and virtual sales, product, and CX training; develop instructional content and learning resources; partner with Product, Sales, CX, and Channel teams to identify gaps and measure training effectiveness.

Sell enterprise technology solutions by prospecting, presenting, and closing B2B accounts. Develop tailored UCaaS/CCaaS and Microsoft-based solutions, respond to RFPs, manage sales forecasting, collaborate through implementation, mentor junior AEs, and maintain CRM records while building executive-level client relationships.

Own and grow client relationships by developing account plans, prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering proposals and presentations, closing deals to meet monthly quotas, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams. May lead or help develop other account executives.

Build and grow channel relationships with VARs, SIs, MSPs, distributors and SaaS providers to drive joint GTM activity, generate pipeline, develop partner technical practices, manage partner performance and KPIs, and coordinate across sales, professional services, marketing, and support to deliver revenue.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads, set appointments, support events, and build pipeline. Use Salesforce to track activity, engage senior executives, meet quotas, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to convert opportunities.
