Provides legal and administrative support to the General Counsel, including contract drafting and lifecycle management, corporate governance, government procurement research, compliance audits, due diligence, financing activities, and coordination with outside counsel. The role also maintains legal records, develops internal processes, and prepares executive reports. Requires substantial paralegal experience in defense, aerospace, government, or regulated technology environments and familiarity with FAR, DFARS, CUI, cybersecurity, and export control requirements.

Lead analysis and redesign of business processes, capture system requirements, support system design and KPIs, implement enterprise process improvements, manage change, and liaise across departments to drive measurable operational ROI.

Lead design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing of rocket propulsion hardware and PPMS from concept to flight. Produce CAD and P&IDs, perform fluid network and systems modeling, develop and execute test plans, collaborate with vehicle, test, vendors, and procurement to meet engine requirements.
