Performs accounting operations for the ORCA fare collection program, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, cash receipts, refunds, reconciliations, journal entries, aging reviews, and month-end close. Reviews transactions, resolves billing issues, supports agencies and vendors, maintains financial records, and recommends process and internal-control improvements.
