Leads solutioning intake, scope definition, evaluation planning, proposal quality, and library development. Uses generative AI for research, drafting, design, and presentation production while coordinating sales, instructional design, delivery, and accounting teams. Tracks proposal performance and market intelligence to improve win rates, cycle time, and solution quality.

Develop advanced, interactive L3/L4 eLearning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360, including scenarios, branching, simulations, animation, and custom web interactions. Translate storyboards into polished learning products, apply UI/UX and visual design principles, ensure WCAG accessibility and SCORM/LMS compatibility, conduct comprehensive QA, troubleshoot technical challenges, and independently collaborate with creative and project teams. AI, automation, multimedia, and additional design software experience are valued.
