Provide front-line and advanced application support for a cloud-hosted loan management platform: triage and resolve incidents, troubleshoot .NET/C# applications and SQL Server data issues, investigate browser and Azure environment problems, use Azure DevOps for tracking, escalate complex defects, validate fixes, assist releases, and maintain support documentation and runbooks while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Build and own the data platform backbone: design ingestion patterns, Snowflake warehouses, governance, and freshness strategy. Implement reliable batch and streaming pipelines, data quality, observability, and onboarding processes.
