Own the full sales cycle for State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) customers in the Western US. Drive net-new acquisition via outbound outreach, partner/channel engagement, and executive relationships. Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver proofs-of-concept, navigate procurement, and close deals while shaping product priorities with customer feedback.

Drive Cohere's AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced partner pipeline. Define and execute partner GTM for the Enterprise Market; recruit, onboard, enable and certify partners; lead co-selling, joint pipeline generation, business planning and QBRs; relay partner feedback to product and policy teams and evangelize Cohere at events.

Develop production-grade AI agents for enterprise customers. Design and build LLM-powered systems, integrating workflows, evaluation, and performance standards. Collaborate closely with customers and teams to ensure reliability and effectiveness in real-world applications.

Owns revenue enablement programs for North American field teams from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration. Partners with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to align go-to-market priorities. Develops playbooks, certifications, training, and competitive resources; operationalizes MEDDPICC; tracks enablement KPIs; improves content platforms and AI workflows; coaches sellers; and translates field insights into updated enablement materials.

Build and scale ML-optimized HPC infrastructure, manage Kubernetes-based GPU/TPU superclusters, optimize for AI/ML training, and mentor teams while innovating in ML infrastructure.

Lead Cohere's policy engagement on compute infrastructure, export controls, sovereign AI, and national AI competitiveness. Monitor and analyze relevant developments, develop policy positions, engage governments and cross-functional teams, represent Cohere in public discussions, and produce policy analysis and thought leadership to inform strategic business opportunities and public-private partnerships.
