Translate technical capabilities such as tokenization, recurring billing, fraud prevention, APIs, and PCI compliance into outcome-focused messaging for ecommerce merchants, subscription businesses, marketplaces, and software platforms. Partner with product, sales, channel, engineering, and marketing teams while supporting thought leadership, customer research, competitive analysis, evangelism, and industry events.

Own the integrated marketing strategy for NMI’s payment gateway, driving pipeline, ISO partner acquisition, gateway adoption, and cross-sell growth.
