Serves as the primary client contact, presents renewal recommendations, sells additional coverage, resolves benefit and claims issues, manages vendor relationships, supports RFPs, and ensures accurate agency system data and fee collection.

Serves as the primary operational liaison among producers, carrier partners, and employer groups. Supports new business quoting, implementations, enrollments, renewals, proposal preparation, employee education, carrier administration, and service issue resolution. Maintains broker and client relationships, provides training on carrier products and enrollment tools, coordinates escalations, and supports retention and growth of General Agency business.

Consults with clients on absence and disability benefit programs, including FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, leave management, and return-to-work strategies. Evaluates program performance, claims data, vendors, insurers, contracts, and compliance requirements. Develops recommendations, negotiates with carriers and vendors, manages client relationships, supports business development, leads stewardship meetings, and monitors legislative and product changes. The role requires approximately five travel days per month.

Analyzes employee benefits insurance markets, develops client RFPs and proposals, solicits and evaluates carrier bids, negotiates rates and plan designs, and recommends competitive benefit solutions. Advises clients and internal teams on strategic alternatives, participates in presentations, maintains carrier relationships and market knowledge, supports benefits communication processes, and mentors colleagues.

Leads ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, implementation strategy, governance, and roadmap ownership. Directs multidisciplinary delivery teams across complex, multi-module implementations; partners with executives, stakeholders, developers, project managers, and implementation partners. Designs scalable architectures, integrations, data models, and governance frameworks; assesses platform health and optimization opportunities. Manages risks, scope, quality, and business outcomes while mentoring delivery teams and communicating platform value through business cases, technical specifications, and executive presentations.

Coordinates surplus lines filings across all 50 states, including reviewing payables reports, verifying taxes and fees, reconciling discrepancies, processing payments, and submitting documentation to state agencies and Surplus Lines Associations by required deadlines.
