Drive expansion of ECI Bolt, a cloud-based scheduling and project management platform for trade contractors. Responsibilities include prospecting subcontractors, conducting discovery, presenting tailored software demonstrations, managing the full B2B sales cycle, negotiating contracts, closing deals, maintaining pipeline and quota performance, and coordinating client transitions with implementation and customer success teams.

Manage customer relationships and the full sales cycle for manufacturing software products. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, consultative selling, lead qualification, pipeline management, negotiations, contract closure, quota attainment, customer service, churn mitigation, renewals, Salesforce activity tracking, and online software demonstrations.

Lead Spruce ERP implementations for new customers by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, configuring solutions, supporting data migration and testing, and preparing clients for go-live. Serve as the primary customer contact, facilitate workshops, provide post-go-live support, manage documentation and risks, and coordinate internal teams to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Owns the vision, problem framing, roadmap, discovery, experimentation, instrumentation, and reusable workflow capabilities for one or more cross-industry value streams. The role develops AI-enabled product experiences, defines technical building blocks and quality standards, improves adoption and workflow economics, incorporates customer feedback into prioritization, and coordinates junior product managers or cross-functional pod leads without formal people-management responsibility.

Own industry strategy, commercialization, integrated product roadmaps, pricing, packaging, P&L health, and AI strategy for a major industry. Lead customer councils, executive discovery, experimentation, portfolio reviews, and cross-functional alignment across product, go-to-market, delivery, and customer success. Hire, manage, coach, and develop PM Builders while driving industry growth, margin, adoption, retention, and roadmap impact.

Build and maintain the pre-sales technology platform, including lead routing, account assignment, territory management, pipeline automation, revenue intelligence, and AI-assisted selling. Integrate Salesforce, marketing automation, AI platforms, data providers, and sales engagement tools. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to identify bottlenecks, improve seller productivity, evaluate emerging technologies, and deliver scalable systems that support the customer lifecycle.

Lead the technical architecture for post-sales Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, Support, and GTM Operations. Build automation, AI capabilities, integrations, workflows, customer intelligence, and shared data models that improve retention, renewals, efficiency, and customer engagement. Establish engineering standards and technical direction across GTM systems while partnering with business leaders, engineers, and the Pre-Sales GTM Engineer.

Own the product data backbone and operating rhythm: define standardized metrics and data dictionary, build product-health dashboards, run churn/win-loss and product P&L analysis, manage initiative tracking and reporting, administer product tooling, and enable consistent decision-making across 60+ products as a senior individual contributor.

Serve as primary implementation lead for new customers of ECI software: gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, configure systems, engineer solutions, conduct testing, manage data migration, oversee go-live and post-go-live consulting, and handle project administration and escalations.

Qualify inbound leads and prospect outbound to generate pipeline, conduct discovery, schedule qualified meetings for AEs, track activities in Salesforce, and meet activity and pipeline targets.
