Own strategic accounts, prospecting, enterprise sales cycles, pipeline forecasting, executive relationships, solution selling, proposals, negotiations, and expansion opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Solutions, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and leadership teams while representing the company at industry events.

Analyze large-scale electronic health record and real-world data using SQL, R, and Python. Scope requests, produce research studies and results, write Databricks SQL regex queries, support customers, investigate data sources, collaborate on peer-reviewed publications, and create enablement materials for researchers.

Design, implement, and operate large-scale distributed data processing pipelines and ETL systems for healthcare data. Contribute across the software lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, debug production distributed-system issues, and apply cloud-native and DevOps practices to ensure reliable, performant data processing at scale.

Own strategic healthcare and life sciences customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, research execution, renewals, and expansion. Guide customers through clinical data and real-world evidence workflows, translate research goals into requirements and deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide training and executive communications, identify adoption risks, and advise customers on maximizing Truveta’s platform value.

Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade backend services for healthcare intelligence. Own service architecture, APIs, observability, reliability, security, CI/CD, and cloud-native platform integrations to support AI-enabled workflows and scalable production systems.

Partner with customers and internal teams to create clear, reusable enablement materials (notebooks, guides, decks) that help customers understand Truveta's EHR data model, export omni-modal data, and build analytics and ML workflows. Explain de-identification and privacy considerations, provide best-practice examples for cohorting and validation, reduce support friction, and improve adoption through proactive enablement strategies.

The Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution of Truveta's data onboarding platform, improving healthcare data connectivity and operational efficiency while collaborating with engineering teams and healthcare partners.
