Analyzes the RFQ-to-award pipeline, consolidates and validates business data, and develops dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and executive reports. Evaluates win rates, proposal activity, pipeline health, revenue opportunities, and performance trends. Partners with program management, sales, engineering, estimating, and business development teams to improve data quality, standardize KPIs, automate reporting, identify process bottlenecks, and support strategic decisions.

This role requires managing revenue and P&L reports, supporting business processes with report maintenance and creation, and managing inquiries related to reporting.

Own GTM performance reporting, dashboards, and forecasting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Run WBR/MBR/QBR processes, perform funnel, retention, campaign ROI, territory and capacity analyses, and surface actionable insights. Partner cross-functionally to ensure KPI consistency, data governance, and automation opportunities.

Analyze ecommerce and omnichannel data to create GA4 and Power BI reports, dashboards, forecasts, and actionable insights. Use SQL and large datasets to support customer data strategies, identify trends, and guide business decisions. Develop A/B and multivariate testing programs, improve data capture, collaborate with digital, marketing, merchandising, and technology teams, and present findings to senior leadership. Champion analytical best practices and a testing culture that improves sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Operate and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, queries, extracts, and automation scripts. Execute batch jobs, validate and reconcile data outputs, support AI/cloud readiness and firmwide data requests, maintain runbooks and documentation, and ensure compliant, reliable data operations while escalating issues as needed.

Manage and maintain client reporting templates, portal views, and data workflows for wealth management clients. Execute monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, support advisors and client service teams, monitor data feeds (security master, allocations, returns), and perform quality assurance to ensure reporting integrity. Partner with Advisory, Investments, Compliance, and Platforms teams to drive the reporting roadmap.

Develop and enhance SAS reports, data interfaces and Marketing Automation features; use Enterprise Miner for analytics; perform SAS administration (tuning, scheduling); write SAS code and SQL (Teradata); work with UNIX; elicit requirements and act in client-facing roles.

Supports loyalty and retention analytics through A/B test management, KPI tracking, recurring dashboards, and performance reporting. Monitors churn, winback, cancellation, and loyalty metrics; identifies trends, risks, and opportunities; and translates findings into actionable recommendations. The role also manages loyalty merchandise planning and replenishment, collaborates with Data Science and program owners, coordinates analytics requests, and prepares MBR/QBR materials.

Lead Voice of Customer practice through survey and listening-program design, fielding, vendor coordination, data-quality oversight, and synthesis. Manage enterprise insights repositories, decisions journals, methodology libraries, and knowledge-transfer rituals. Maintain VoC and knowledge-management platforms, establish taxonomy and metadata standards, coach peers on research quality and documentation, and ensure organizational insights remain discoverable, credible, and reusable across staff transitions.

Produce executive-grade briefs from cross-functional research and listening programs under compressed timelines. Shape questions, synthesize quantitative and qualitative evidence, craft recommendations and visuals for C-suite and Board, coach analysts, and track briefing-driven decisions to close the loop.

Develop and optimize marketing reports, monitor product and advertising campaign KPIs, integrate and visualize data, investigate performance deviations, analyze campaigns, and recommend improvements. The role requires strong Google Sheets skills, basic SQL, A/B testing, mathematical statistics, and English proficiency. Python, web analytics, Google Ads, and BI experience are preferred.
