Lead legal counsel for AI partnerships, M&A, strategic transactions, and corporate finance matters. Structure and negotiate agreements involving APIs, data, AI-enabled products, payments, and integrations; advise on acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, and post-closing integration; and support debt financings, capital-markets transactions, credit arrangements, and derivatives. Partner with product, technology, finance, corporate development, executives, and outside counsel while managing complex legal, regulatory, privacy, security, and risk issues.
