Provide site-level administrative, operational, and compliance support to Site Managers. Manage rosters, hours tracking, payroll inputs (Epay), recruitment/onboarding tasks, compliance reporting, and coordination with HR, TA, Finance, BIT and Network Ops. Maintain organized records, produce accurate weekly/monthly reports, support audits, and identify process improvements to standardize administrative workflows.

Lead month-end close and financial reporting for a regional portfolio; prepare and review journal entries; perform variance analysis; maintain forecasts and budgets; build financial models; produce ad-hoc reporting and executive summaries; partner with Accounting and Operations to translate results into actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
