Serve as the engineering SME to generate and close new facilities engineering business in the Seattle/PACNW territory. Build strategic relationships, attend industry events, create customized proposals and RFP responses, price/estimate labor, negotiate contracts, collaborate with operations for delivery, maintain CRM, and provide competitive intelligence.
