Design, build, deploy, and maintain canvas and model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. Integrate with SharePoint Online and Dataverse, enforce security and governance, support full application lifecycle (requirements, testing, UAT, deployment), provide sustainment/troubleshooting, produce documentation, and deliver user training and process improvements.

Ensure modernization stays on schedule, on budget, and technically sound while maintaining contractually required documentation and communications.

Define and execute CM processes, maintain baselines, manage builds and CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC and security automation, support change control boards, perform audits, manage artifact repositories and containerized deployments, produce SE artifacts, and provide training and documentation.
