Builds project plans, coordinates enrollment readiness, manages eligibility data and integrations, trains employers and administrators, develops communication strategies, resolves issues, and collaborates across Sales, Product, Operations, Support, Compliance, and Account Management.

Lead consultative Mid-Market sales across the East Coast, managing broker relationships and executive stakeholders at 100+ employee companies. Drive discovery, build business cases, influence product positioning, maintain pipeline and forecasts, analyze competitive landscape, and travel regionally to support partners.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market employer customers as a trusted advisor on benefits strategy and the Thatch platform. Lead renewals, open enrollment, QBRs, and compliance (ICHRA, Medicare, COBRA). Build stakeholder relationships, monitor customer health, drive retention, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale processes, tooling, and customer education.

Own operational success of the General Agency channel: manage GA relationships, lead cross-functional projects, build and maintain SOPs and onboarding, monitor partner performance, and drive scalable partner processes and enablement in collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.

Build and maintain GTM and pipeline analytics, own forecasting and pipeline-quality metrics, execute recurring revenue operating cadences, maintain SQL queries and BI views against Salesforce/Redshift, support systems rollouts, and produce ad hoc analyses to inform leadership decisions.

Serve as trusted advisor to enterprise C-level partners and collaborate across engineering, sales, growth, and operations to drive platform adoption, retention, and long-term growth.
