Lead teams to evaluate and protect cultural and tribal resources, manage compliance with Section 106/NEPA/SEPA/CEQA, develop scopes/budgets, oversee surveys/monitoring/mitigation, consult with agencies/clients/tribes, and grow business through proposals and team leadership.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable processes including invoice processing, vendor setup, reconciliations, leading 1099 and ACH/check payments, supporting month-/year-end activities, and assisting cash forecasting and payment research.

The Proposal Manager will develop high-quality proposals, manage multiple deadlines, prepare content, and support business development efforts.
