Own Read AI’s product marketing strategy as a hands-on senior individual contributor. Define positioning and messaging, develop customer-backed use cases, lead product launches, manage website narrative and conversion, enable Sales and Customer Success, and measure adoption and retention. Own brand and creative execution across visual identity, video, social, campaigns, launches, marketing websites, and sales enablement. Create short-form videos, product demos, landing pages, campaign variants, launch assets, and platform-specific social content. Partner with growth, product marketing, product design, and web development teams to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling visual stories. Use performance data to improve creative while maintaining brand quality and consistency.

Own lifecycle marketing strategy and infrastructure for onboarding, activation, retention, monetization, renewal, and expansion. Design capture states, failures, recovery, consent, participant controls, and coherent cross-platform experiences. Shape live AI assistance, prototype complex interactions, influence product direction, and partner with Product and Engineering through launch and evaluation. The role requires strong interaction and visual craft, systems thinking, technical judgment, and end-to-end ownership of complex, trust-sensitive products.

Build and evolve Read AI’s cross-platform desktop application using Rust, Tauri, React, and TypeScript. Own native capabilities including audio capture, on-device processing, device integrations, permissions, background processes, packaging, signing, notarization, auto-updates, and crash telemetry across Windows and macOS. Partner with product and design on roadmap decisions, establish codebase standards, and deliver reliable installed software to real users.

Lead and scale post-sale customer organization across strategic account management and high-volume customer success operations. Oversee enterprise account management, retention, expansions, and a technical support organization; drive AI/automation, operational reporting, customer feedback loops into Product/Engineering, and cross-functional partnerships to improve onboarding and support efficiency.

Sources and engages approximately 100 qualified candidates weekly, primarily for engineering roles, using personalized outreach and sourcing tools. Maintains candidate pipelines and ATS data, supports interview coordination and process automation, and develops repeatable talent workflows. Partners with hiring leaders across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM while representing the company in the talent community.
