Leads the renters insurance compliance program across the company portfolio. Supervises compliance specialists, manages preferred insurance providers, resolves escalated evidence issues, oversees training and quality assurance, reconciles premium remittances, produces leadership reporting, and drives process improvements. The role collaborates with regional, on-site, corporate, and vendor teams while ensuring regulatory compliance, service quality, and timely issue resolution.

Manage all aspects of a residential apartment community, including budgets, financial reporting, leasing, resident retention, staff leadership, vendor relationships, maintenance coordination, compliance, and daily operations. The role oversees property improvements, service requests, move-ins and move-outs, payroll, inventory, marketing, and customer service while meeting income, expense, and asset-value goals.

Manage regional HR operations including onboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee records, compliance with employment laws, Paycom HRIS tasks, employee relations support, audits, policy recommendations, and HR customer service across properties.
