Design, analyze, prototype, manufacture, and test mechanical components and assemblies for chemical rocket engines and in-space propulsion systems. Lead design reviews, create CAD models, drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions; perform structural, thermal, and fluid analyses; coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams; support hardware assembly, testing, data analysis, risk mitigation, and customer communication.

Drive trade studies, requirements traceability, technical risk closure, system integration, gated design reviews, qualification and acceptance testing, failure investigations, and cross-functional alignment among customers, suppliers, and engineering teams.

Lead product definition, technical roadmaps, and requirements for in-space propulsion systems. Support proposals, gated design reviews, program handoffs, trade studies, anomaly investigations, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers. Drive technical execution plans and establish strategic relationships to align products with mission needs.

Lead design and development of complex in-space propulsion components for hypergolic rocket engines. Drive system-level architecture, CAD and drawing production, BOMs, manufacturing collaboration, analysis (thermal/stress), risk mitigation, testing, and mentor engineering teams while shaping company-wide technical execution.

Lead product definition and roadmap for monopropellant propulsion products. Own technical proposal volumes, define product-level requirements from award through SRR, coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, programs, and customers, support gated reviews, trade studies, anomaly investigations, and ensure alignment of product capabilities with mission needs.

Lead design, development, and optimization of hypergolic and storable liquid rocket propulsion systems from concept through production. Perform system-level trade studies, thermal and performance modeling, test planning and data analysis, supplier selection, root-cause analysis, documentation, and technical mentorship. Support cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
