Build rapid prototypes, define production-grade architectures (security, observability, deployment), create reference architectures, advise stakeholders, partner with sales and delivery teams, and collaborate with OpenAI/Anthropic to validate approaches and unblock technical constraints.

Maintain and expand the companys foundational AI platform codebase; support project teams to increase reuse (50-70%); fold successful project work back into the platform; address bugs and performance issues; create training, documentation, and onboarding; provide pairing and code reviews; and collaborate with sales and delivery teams on platform capabilities and project requirements.

Embed with enterprise clients to run workflow discovery, deliver training and enablement across agentic tools (Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Enterprise), own engagements end-to-end, build repeatable discovery and enablement frameworks, document best practices, and represent Tribe externally.
