Lead moonshot projects focused on agentic customer experiences, establish appropriate human-review gates, integrate systems with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and GitHub CI/CD, and advise design leadership on strategy and roadmap. Own the end-to-end UX definition for a product area, translating user goals into shipped interface decisions.
