Own the vision, roadmap, and performance of Felix’s Payouts Platform, a shared service supporting bank transfers, instant payments, wallets, cards, cash networks, and crypto rails. Lead market and partner expansion, integrations, routing, reliability, cost optimization, compliance alignment, and automation. Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, treasury, and business development to improve payout success, speed, visibility, and scalability across Latin America and beyond.

Own the strategy and execution of Felix’s payments platform, including payment orchestration, processor routing, settlement, reconciliation, and payment-method integrations. Partner with Engineering, Finance, Fraud, Operations, and external banking and processor partners. Analyze payment metrics using dashboards and SQL, improve authorization, conversion, reliability, processing costs, and GMV, and communicate product strategy to executives and stakeholders.

Leads product operations and strategy for Consumer Payments, partnering with the VP and squad leaders to translate strategy into execution. Owns operational rhythms, OKRs, roadmap summits, stakeholder alignment, cross-functional workflows, AI adoption, and process optimization. Uses data, analytics, and user research to identify opportunities and support business decisions while coordinating Engineering, Product, Compliance, Finance, and other teams.

Lead cross-product discovery and define Felix’s conversational, generative, and declarative UI platform. Ship the initial experience on WhatsApp, establish patterns for native iOS and Android, guide product designers across squads, and design compliant financial interactions with legal and risk partners. Conduct research, analyze transcripts and analytics, prototype in Figma and code, generate concepts, and set direction for how products, context, and assistant behavior work together across conversational surfaces.

Lead discovery and product design for Felix’s conversational AI platform, defining generative and declarative UI patterns across WhatsApp, iOS, and Android. Research user behavior, prototype and ship platform experiences, establish conversation design direction, collaborate with product squads and engineers, and integrate compliance, consent, and recovery states into the experience.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Fraud Operations, and issuing vendors to implement action-based controls, monitor Visa and Mastercard thresholds, and scale fraud infrastructure across products and markets. Use advanced SQL and BigQuery to size exposure, backtest decisions, and monitor post-launch performance.

Own the end-to-end fraud strategy for Felix’s new card issuance program. Design authorization decisioning, step-up authentication, velocity controls, holds, cross-account detection, and cardholder fraud monitoring. Manage network fraud and dispute thresholds, chargeback strategy, vendor responsibilities, and fraud controls across onboarding, card use, and wallet flows. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and issuing vendors while using advanced SQL and BigQuery to size exposure, backtest decisions, and monitor performance.

Own the end-to-end fraud strategy for Felix’s new card issuance program. Design authorization decisioning, step-up authentication, velocity controls, dispute and chargeback processes, and cross-account fraud detection. Monitor Visa and Mastercard fraud thresholds, build early-warning systems, partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Fraud Operations, and vendors, and use advanced SQL and BigQuery to size exposure and backtest controls. Establish scalable fraud operating models for future card products and market expansion.
