Implement Case/Knowledge business logic, Omni-Channel routing, and secure integrations with legacy federal systems. Contribute to DevSecOps pipelines, participate in code reviews and UAT, and collaborate with architects, BAs, and PMs to meet federal security and compliance requirements.
