The Director of Computer Vision will lead technical vision, research, and execution in developing scalable AI-driven computer vision solutions, managing teams, and enhancing performance metrics.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical public safety communications projects on time and on budget. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risk, scope, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate internal resources and vendors, ensure quality and process improvements (PMBOK, Six Sigma), drive project close-out, and travel to customer sites for on-site upgrades. Strong knowledge of Motorola Astro 25 and RF/LMR systems required.

Lead and perform FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST RMF security assessments for cloud systems. Conduct documentation review, evidence collection, vulnerability scanning and testing, recommend remediations, author reports, lead technical discussions, mentor teammates, and coordinate cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced remote environment.

Lead sustainment and expansion of the West Region LMR ASTRO system for USMC. Oversee personnel, budgets, contracts, logistics, system upgrades, cybersecurity compliance (IAVA/patching, vulnerability scanning), lifecycle planning, asset/configuration management, and global project delivery. Serve as primary USMC POC, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and DoD stakeholders, approve documentation and schedules, and ensure contractual and operational compliance.

Drive territory sales for government video solutions by developing strategy, leading customer meetings, uncovering upsell opportunities, resolving product issues, promoting service programs, coordinating workshops, and building a long-term pipeline. Heavy travel and relationship management required.

Manage relationships with distributor branches to grow Pelco product sales across the Northwest. Develop and execute channel sales strategies, provide training and sales support, conduct business reviews, manage inventory and forecasting, analyze performance and competitors, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue and market share goals.

Serve as technical lead in presales to design end-to-end public safety solutions (CAD/RMS, 911, analytics, evidence management). Own architecture, interface designs, proposals, risk mitigation, acceptance tests, and transition to implementation while collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams.

Create accurate system configurations and quotations for presales, collaborate with engineering and product teams, resolve complex configuration issues, manage cross-functional quoting activities, and develop consistent RFP/proposal documentation while supporting sales strategy and customer interactions.

Design and deploy end-to-end Drone as First Responder (DFR) solutions: assess customer needs, architect systems and integrations (CAD/RMS, cloud, networking), manage site readiness and drone-in-a-box deployments, ensure CJIS and FAA compliance, provide advanced onsite/remote troubleshooting and support, enable sales/demos, and consult on FAA waiver technical safety cases.
