Remote territory Account Manager selling rental/lease testing products across Northern CA, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Build and maintain customer relationships, identify opportunities with OEM partners, work with inside sales, update CRM, meet monthly revenue targets, plan territory activities, and travel overnight 25–50% to meet customers onsite.

Generate and close rental and sales opportunities for modular buildings by building relationships with customers and partners, managing estimates and project execution, meeting sales quotas, and ensuring excellent customer service across the project lifecycle.

Lead business development for permanent modular buildings: prospect and manage client relationships, generate and close new business, track projects from qualification to contract, coordinate proposals and presentations with Construction and Project Managers, attend industry events, perform market and competitor analysis, and ensure client satisfaction and repeat opportunities.
