The Strategic Account Executive engages K-12 schools to drive adoption of Lexia solutions, builds relationships, identifies needs, and supports implementation while managing a sales pipeline and collaborating with educational stakeholders.

Lead technical project delivery: triage and troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, write and run SQL queries, validate cross-system data, manage Jira backlogs and sprints, oversee deployments, and maintain Confluence-based runbooks and configuration documentation while reporting status to leadership.

Responsibilities include creating production plans, schedules, compliance matrices, and outlines; coordinating cross-functional teams and pricing leads; assigning tasks; tracking progress; resolving barriers; assisting with proposal writing; conducting quality control; and overseeing final submission. The role requires strong research, communication, organization, technology, and deadline-management skills, along with proficiency in proposal processes and solicitation platforms.

Administers employee benefits programs with primary responsibility for leave of absence processes. Manages Workday benefits operations, enrollment and eligibility issues, vendor coordination, employee and manager guidance, documentation, communications, issue resolution, and process improvements. Interprets leave policies and applicable programs, partners with third-party administrators, and escalates complex or high-risk cases while supporting accurate, scalable benefits delivery.

Lead qualitative and quantitative UX research for K-12 education platforms, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis, educator panels, and participant recruitment. Translate findings into high-fidelity web designs, interactive prototypes, dashboards, and accessible data visualizations. Collaborate with engineering and leadership while applying knowledge of standards-based grading, classroom workflows, WCAG accessibility, and FERPA privacy requirements.

Lead technical project delivery and roadmap evolution for content authoring platforms. Translate business goals into technical requirements, guide design discussions, manage integrations and data interoperability, and coordinate with vendors and education agencies. Investigate production issues using SQL Server and log analysis, oversee deployments with DevOps and SRE teams, support QA, mitigate technical risks, and maintain technical documentation.

Proofread and perform quality-control checks on K–12 assessment test booklets; verify content accuracy and consistency against style guides and client/state publishing requirements; prioritize multiple proofreading requests under deadlines; collaborate with editors and production staff; may work additional hours during peak periods.
