Leads Nordstrom Rack’s copy function, brand voice, messaging strategy, campaign storytelling, and social/video content. Builds scalable copy systems, playbooks, prompt libraries, and QA processes; guides creative execution; mentors writers and editors; partners cross-functionally; integrates AI and automation into workflows; and uses performance insights to improve messaging outcomes.
