The Growth Account Executive will source new customers and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Responsibilities include territory strategy, prospecting, partner co-selling, pipeline development, discovery, engaging multiple decision-makers, building customer relationships, and closing complex SaaS sales. The role serves customers with under $100 million in value and collaborates with sales engineering, business development, transformation specialists, revenue operations, legal, IT, and executive stakeholders.

Drive new-logo enterprise sales for Conga’s SaaS solutions across assigned territories. Prospect, develop, manage, and close complex B2B opportunities while exceeding revenue and quota targets. Build account, territory, and opportunity plans; conduct consultative solution selling; and collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, customer success, professional services, partners, and clients. Apply revenue management expertise and leverage AI and machine learning knowledge to demonstrate business value.

Drives 100% new-business sales for Conga’s SaaS solutions across assigned commercial accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory and account planning, solution selling, managing opportunities through the sales cycle, closing enterprise-wide deals, exceeding revenue quotas, and building strategic partner relationships. Collaborates with sales engineering, marketing, customer success, professional services, and other internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Establishes and operates CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and IBM Cloud. Responsibilities include IAM and security compliance, observability and centralized logging, Jenkins and Travis CI pipelines, Kubernetes and Helm administration, Rancher cluster management, cloud cost optimization, and Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of progressively responsible experience.

Sell Conga’s commercial operations solutions to enterprise organizations by sourcing new logos and expanding existing customers through upselling and cross-selling. Develop territory strategies, prospect, build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles, align multiple stakeholders, grow pipeline, and collaborate with sales engineering, business development, RevOps, legal, IT, and core account executives.

Own a focused set of strategic enterprise accounts to drive growth, retention, and renewals.
