Develop and execute pharmacy supply chain pricing strategies across retail, mail, specialty, rebate, and manufacturer channels. Analyze reimbursement, pricing benchmarks, market opportunities, and ROI while supporting partner negotiations and sales growth. Lead and scale SmithRx’s growth marketing function in the PBM industry. Build an experimentation engine, identify healthcare buyer and broker acquisition channels, manage Growth Ops and BDR teams, and develop AI-powered workflows and technical growth tools. Partner with Sales and Product to generate pipeline through direct and broker-led motions while maintaining compliance. Establish a rigorous, full-funnel culture focused on experimentation, measurement, automation, and rapid learning.

Lead the data engineering strategy and architecture for distributed pharmaceutical data systems. Design and scale pipelines, APIs, and data platforms while ensuring reliability, governance, quality, and PII/PHI protection. Drive technical decisions, improve developer efficiency, deliver business impact, influence cross-functional roadmaps, mentor engineers, communicate with executives, and promote organizational adoption of new technologies and processes.

Own post-sale success for assigned healthcare and PBM clients from implementation through ongoing account management. Build executive relationships, drive customer satisfaction and retention, maintain success plans, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, assess product gaps, manage escalations, and mitigate churn risks. The role requires healthcare account management experience, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to partner independently across teams.

Own core corporate accounting operations, including indirect tax and state filings, member reimbursements and escheatment, cash management and reconciliations, and corporate credit card expense processing. The role requires accurate month-end close support, compliance with US GAAP and general ledger procedures, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with internal teams and external filing agents.

Leads advanced data analysis to guide product and business decisions, develops metrics, dashboards, data products, and AI-enabled reporting systems, and translates findings into strategic recommendations.
