Leads Twitch’s global creative strategy and high-performing creative team. Oversees brand identity, agency partnerships, creative operations, and consistent brand representation across markets. Partners with senior leaders to align creative initiatives with business objectives, uses data and market insights to guide decisions, and champions innovation, inclusivity, and community-focused brand experiences. The role requires strategic creative leadership, executive communication, global brand management, and a strong portfolio of brand-building and campaign work.

Build and maintain scalable membership and commerce systems supporting Twitch subscriptions, gifting, and Turbo for millions of concurrent users. Design interactive viewer and creator experiences, contribute to operational excellence for live services, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new products.

Build and operate integrations between SAP S/4HANA, BTP, AWS, and enterprise applications. Develop ABAP, HANA SQL, CDS views, APIs, cloud-native services, infrastructure-as-code, data pipelines, and agentic AI workflows for Finance operations. Own production systems through deployment, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and Tax stakeholders. Mentor teammates and improve engineering practices through reviews and documentation.

Identify and evaluate emerging creators, recruit talent from Twitch and other platforms, build creator relationships, conduct outreach, guide onboarding, assess authenticity and audience quality, and support creator growth before transitioning partners to long-term account management.

The Software Development Manager will lead a team to design and build full stack applications, drive results, and grow engineering talent, focusing on enhancing revenue for Twitch creators.
